Check for when to Re condition a Roller
  • Check the ends for dried ink.
  • Make a visual inspection.
  • A clean rubber roller should have a dull, velvety surface that can be seen and felt.
  • Inspect the shoulders for ink buildup and cracks. Carefully inspect the ends of each roller for the same.
  • Inspect the surface of the roller for signs of abrasion, damage or unevenness.
  • Measure durometer of rollers. Your TRC representative can perform this check for you.
