| Check for when to Re condition a Roller |
- Check the ends for dried ink.
- Make a visual inspection.
- A clean rubber roller should have a dull, velvety surface that can be seen and felt.
- Inspect the shoulders for ink buildup and cracks. Carefully inspect the ends of each roller for the same.
- Inspect the surface of the roller for signs of abrasion, damage or unevenness.
- Measure durometer of rollers. Your TRC representative can perform this check for you.
